Transportation Costs: clarify which travel methods are covered (flights, train, bus, rideshare, gas money). Who is responsible for these costs?
Lodging/Accommodations: Location/type? Who is responsible for paying? Is this a covered expense or a split? Clarify room type such as separate rooms, etc. Agreement to cover cleaning fees or other fees.
Meals: Who provides meals? Are they covered expenses?
Others Expenses Covered: Outfits, costumes, incidentals. Who covers these costs?
Daily Cash Stipend Offered: Is a stipend offered? How much?
Production: Equipment, Time and Location
Creative Details
Number of Scenes: How many?
What type of scenes? Scripted/non scripted, cosplay, genres, and niches
Technical setup
Equipment to be used: List of gear including video, audio, lighting, cameras. Who provides these.
Location and Time
Location of collab, specific address. house, studio, etc.
Time: How long spent on content creation; A schedule for the day (arrival, setup, activities, etc)
Post-Production and Sales
Editing
Who is responsible for editing?
What is the timing on the edits?
How long do edits take? Set a realistic timeline Editing is a lot of work.
Monetization and Promotion
Selling: What is the sales structure? Where to upload? PPV, minimum pricing.
Promotion: platforms and social media promoted on or not promoted on?
Release date: Time release? Release at the same time?
